So Sorry!

I obviously haven't been very good at updating!  I started a different blog, The Cloth Diaper Experiment and have been pretty busy with it!

Jackson is in cloth diapers now, doesn't he look cute?!

Jackson was in his car playing the other day while I was loading the dishwasher, when I was done I turned around and saw this:
It sure is hard work playing so much!
Little man had his 4 month Dr. appointment last week.  He is 26 inches long (90th percentile) and 14 lbs 5 oz (50th percentile).  His Dr. said we could start him on solids when ever we wanted so we gave him some rice cereal.  He's only had it 2 times so far and I don't think he's a big fan.


I'll try to be better about updating!

Play Dates Galore!

Today Cassidy and Caden came down to visit me and Jackson.  We hung out at home for awhile then went to a Gymboree class, got lunch and went shopping.  We were going to go to the zoo but we ran out of time!

Jackson and I also had a play date with Jacob and Joy last Thursday.  Jacob is the little boy that I used to nanny for before I had Jackson, he will be 1 in a couple of weeks!

Today...

Jackson and I had a very busy day today.  He woke up at 9:30, ate, played for awhile then took a nap for about an hour.  At 12:15 we left for his Gymboree class.  We had fun again.  There was a 4.5 month old little boy there this week and he and Jackson kept rolling towards each other and grabbing each other's arms and faces, it was funny.  

After Gymboree we went to Babies R Us and bought a new convertible car seat and a lightweight stoller... we were there for over an hour because I had a hard time making up my mind but Jackson was great the entire time!

We came home and Ben helped me install the new car seat in my car and put the stroller together.  It should be much easier to go out with Jackson now, I just couldn't carry him in his infant car seat anymore!  

Tomorrow we are waking up, packing and heading to Fort Wayne for a long weekend.  We will also be going to the lake to visit Ben's mom.  I'm not sure what we're doing for the 4th of July yet...
